Trent Manchester brings over a decade of experience in land planning and design, with a focus on visual storytelling that bridges vision and execution. He specializes in creating conceptual site plans, entitlement graphics, and planning documents that help clients shape distinctive, lasting communities. His work has contributed to large master-planned communities such as Verrado, Eastmark, and Robson Communities, long-term visioning and entitlement efforts for Arizona ranching families, and award-winning infill neighborhoods for local homebuilders. Trent also contributes to brand development marketing efforts that strengthen a project’s connection to its future residents.

Trent holds a Bachelor of Science in Design, with a concentration in Housing and Urban Development, from Arizona State University.
